I am Bea, and for over two decades, I have been deeply passionate about psychology, science, spirituality, and the mysteries of the body and mind. My journey has focused on understanding the key to achieving a balanced state, equilibrium, where our mind, body, and emotions are in perfect harmony. I am endlessly fascinated by how the body and mind interact, and how our emotions shape our perception of the world. Turning 50 was a profound milestone in my life – a sacred threshold that inspired deep reflection and integration. After dedicating hundreds of hours to studying metaphysical roots of physical symptoms, the psychology and science behind sound, vibration and the Harmonic Egg, I realised it was time to bring this knowledge forward. This journey not only expanded my understanding but also supported my own healing – helping me overcome anxiety, release energetic blocks, and unwind deeply rooted patterns and limiting beliefs. Now, I share this integrative path with others through transformative power of the Harmonic Egg.

The Harmonic Egg is a wooden chamber designed to immerse the body and mind in frequency of sound, light and sacred geometry, creating an environment that fosters deep relaxation and resets the subtle energy systems. What is Harmonic Egg?

The Harmonic Egg is a patented technology, a resonant wooden chamber that you sit in. The chamber was designed in a dodecagon shape, it incorporates science and mathematics and sacred geometry within its construction. It is the perfect environment for you to absorb the frequencies of Light, Sound and Colour to restore your natural equlibrum.

What do I wear in the Egg?

You can wear anything you feel comfortable in, however all natural fibres such as cotton, linen, wool and cashmere are highly recomended, as these non-synthetic fibres do not block the frequency and energy flow. The therapy is completely non invasive. We do ask that you don’t wear any perfumes and remove footwear and jewellery before entering the Egg. Please bring a pair of socks to wear.

Is it claustrophobic?

The Egg experience is not claustrophobic. Its shape gives an illusion of 360 degree space and the door is not locked. You are free to leave at any time. The energy of Sound and Light creates an environment of safety and peace.
